About the Role
You will join as Site Manager on a modular residential project. You will be a hands on manager, managing a team of specialist contractors, and will be responsible for ensuring that Health & Safety is adhered to at all times and the project runs to programme. You will also be responsible for liaising with the client on a daily basis.
What you need to succeed
You will come from a background in Modular Construction, and have experience as a Number 1 Site Manager on similar projects. You must hold valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Certificates and be able to provide checkable references. You will ideally have delivered projects in the Health Sector.
