Contracts Manager - Leisure Sector Contractor - North West Based Company - Upto £62,000 + Bonus & Package
About the Client
A market leading Leisure Contractor who have been established for over 20yrs and deliver new build, fit out and refurbishments of projects across the north & North West. They have an excellent reputation in their field, with long standing relationships with key clients and consultants in the region. They get repeat business from their clients and aim to offer an excellent service when delivering the projects. The company is divided into separate divisions, including refurbishment, high end fit outs, and new build.
About the Role
You will join Contracts Manager, and be responsible for managing multiple projects. These will range between £500k - £3m in value, and may consist of new build, refurbishment and fit outs. You will report into the Directors, and be responsible for liaising with site teams on each project, which will consist of a Site Manager, Site Engineer, Commercial Manager and support staff. You will ensure that projects are delivered safely, to programme and to the highest standard of finish.
What you need to succeed
You will be honest, hardworking and have a proven track record of success. You will ideally be North West based, have a CV which demonstrates steady career progression, ideally from a similar background in new build, fit out and refurbishment. You will have progressed through Site Management up to your current level as a Contracts Manager. You will have a proven track record of success in the Leisure sector, and have checkable references for such projects. You will also have valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid, and a strong and assertive personality, as well as being a confident and clear communicator with clients, colleagues and contractors.
