Site Manager - Extension to Hotel - Stockport - £22-23ph - Start 21/8/17
A main contractor who specialises in new build and refurbishments of hotels and health spas has an extension project in Stockport and requires an experienced Freelance Site Manager to start on 21st August.
You will be number one on site and be responsible for ensuring that health & safety is adhered to during the build process. You will manage specislist joinery sub contractors, direct employees and make sure that tight programmes are kept to. You will help a visiting Projects Manager in ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
The project is a timber frame extension to an existing building, so previous timber frame experience is preferable. You must also hold SMSTS, CSCS annd First Aid Certificates. You must be available to start on Monday 21st August.
