A Freelance Estimator position with a Blue Chip Main Contractor with an excellent reputation and strong market presence in the fit out and refurbishment sectors of the construciton industry. You will join to join their already experienced team and be based at their head office in based in Cheshire. 

The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 3yrs experience working as an Estimator with a Main Contractor, and preferably come from a fitout / refurbishment background. You will be educated to a degree level and be familiar with causeway estimating software. You will be self motivated, highly organised and able to work either on your own on small tenders or as part of a larger team on the bigger projects.

Typical responsibilities will include managing bid pricing from all vendors, preparing cost analysis, establishing working relationships with vendors and sub contractors and ensuring that tenders are submitted on time.

This role will offer the opportunity to work from home for 1-2 days per week.
