Assistant / Graduate Planner - New Build, Refurbishment & Fit out Contractor - Office Based in North Manchester - Upto £35,000 plus package

A market leading Main Contractor who have been established for over 20yrs and deliver new build, fit out and refurbishments of pubs, bars and restaurants across the North and North West. They have an excellent reputation in the Leisure sector, with long standing relationships with key clients and consultants in the region. They get repeat business from their clients and aim to offer an excellent service when delivering the projects. They have a number of divisions within the business which work together and are supported by a Planning & Health & Safety Team in the Head Office.
About the Role
You will join as an Assistant Planner, and work closely with an experienced team consisting of a Planner, Health & Safety Manager and lead by a Director of the business. This role will suit a Construction Graduate who has ambitions pf progressing in the Planning or H&S division of a Main Contractor. You will work with the Pre Construction team and help with the preparation of pre construction documents for projects ranging in value from £100k - £5m.

You must be honest, hardworking and ambitious. You will be educated with a Construction related degree and have a strong and ambitious mentality when it comes to learning on the job. You will gain invaluable training and knowledge from more senior members of staff, and have the opportunity to progress up the ladder within the business.
