Summary



Provides implementation services for Logicalis IT Service Management (ITSM) practice. Works as part of team to scope, configure, implement, and manage ITSM solutions.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Works directly with customers to scope, plan, configure, implement and manage ITSM solutions.
  • Provides quality delivery of consulting and implementation services for ITSM for Logicalis' customers.
  • Assists with sales campaigns as required.
  • Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.
  • Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.

Education and/or Experience



Education:



  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Experience:



  • 10years experience in a related field including Java Scripting, Service-now.com and ITSM / Ticketing System.
May consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.



Computer Skills



  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Project required.
  • Basic programming experience with understanding of programming principles and logic.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations



  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification preferred.
Other Skills and Abilities



  • Ability to quickly learn necessary scripting and tool configuration functionality.
  • Ability to work successfully on a team and follow team best practices.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow through with tasks, projects, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment.
