Our client who is a leader within the Insurance sector is seeking a competent and passionate Business Analyst to work with the company and key stakeholders to facilitate a Digital transformation.
★ Leading and managing projects to ensure business requirements complement system(s) functionality, whilst considering delivery, capability and overall strategic / organisational fit ★ Planning/Facilitation/delivery of workshops from initial problem statements, requirements and data gathering through to implementation planning and delivery support ★ Partner with stakeholders to design and refine business processes to improve quality and efficiency ★ Elicit functional and non-functional requirements for change from business groups and track these through the development lifecycle to benefits realisation ★ Assess and communicate the impact of change on customers, employees, suppliers, processes, systems and data ★ Understand the customer journey and critically evaluate our process and systems to drive continual improvement, enhancing the experience ★ Contribute to the wider Business Analysis Community through leadership and mentoring |

★ Established career as a Senior Business Analyst ★ Strong facilitation, communication, coaching and presentation skills, with experience of running results driven workshops ★ Experience of full project life cycle across a range of projects and using structured methodologies and techniques ★ Ability to work at a conceptual level, confident with ambiguity ★ Demonstrate effective and productive stakeholder management with the ability to influence internally / third parties, building productive relationships ★ Utilise best practice Business Analysis techniques that fit a wide variety of business scenarios

★ Hold a recognised BA qualification (e.g. ISEB BA Diploma) ★ A Six Sigma (Yellow, Green, Black) would be desirable but not essential Excellent knowledge of process modelling techniques such as BPMN ★ Extensive knowledge of Requirements Management methods and Requirement Type Differentiation
