Recann is currently recruiting for an experienced Software Engineer to join an award-winning software house based in Blackburn.

The ideal candidate will have a number of years experience developing software for IP based communications. 

Core skills 

• Device Driver development for Windows, Mac and/or Linux
• five years’ experience with three years of development experience in embedded software development using C and/or /C++
• Experience with device drivers, Linux kernel and Android system development, and other major operating systems (OSX, Windows).
• Embedded Linux development experience.
• Experience in developing device drivers and software for common communications protocols 
• Ability and or knowledge to perform Android (Gradle / Maven / Java / Android Studio) application development and related debugging.
• Developing high-quality code
