Recann is currently recruiting for a talented 3rd Line Support Infrastructure Engineer.
Main Purpose
The primary purpose of the role is to provide 3rd line technical support to a wide range of IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN, servers, storage, cloud services, PCs, security etc. The role will also support the Senior Systems Support Engineer with 3rd line technical projects.
The ideal candidate will have a number of years experience in 3rd Line Support or a similar position. Strong Citrix knowledge is required, preferably XenApp 6.5 & 7.15.

- AD, DNS, File Server, GPO
- Application Support
- Understanding of SSL and server hardening techniques
