Technical Sales Support Engineer/UK & Europe (NIBE/Air-to-Water Heat Pumps)
A new vacancy for a Technical Sales Support Engineer with the European division of a leading global manufacturer of high-efficiency heating & cooling products. Based at the company's UK offices in West London, the Technical Sales Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting its network of distributors & partners across Europe, specializing in the company's range of state-of-the-art commercial HEAT PUMPS.
This will be a role with both technical & commercial elements and will involve working closely with the company's design & sales/aftersales teams and liaising with its overseas manufacturing sites. Although primarily office-based in the UK, the role will require frequent business trips across Europe so candidates must be prepared to travel on a regular basis.
Key candidate requirements include:
Degree in Engineering (or equivalent industry experience);
Technical experience within NIBE HEAT PUMPS (minimum 3 years);
Good basic understanding of water system for sanitary and heating applications;
Knowledge of HEAT PUMPS and WATER SYSTEMS;
Familiarity with regulations and EU directives relating to BOILERS and/or HEAT PUMPS;
Fluent English - both oral and written;
Knowledge of another European language (not essential);
Has knowledge of PC (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Able to prepare and carry out presentations;
Analyse operational product data.
