Looking for cooks and chefs to work in a factory environment in the Malton area, preparing ingredients, following recipes and cooking to large scale volume. You will benefit from full time on going hours with paid breaks and shift bonus's, working on a 4 on 4 off basis with day shift and night shift rotations.
The Company –A food production factory based in the Malton area of North Yorkshire with over 20 years history in providing upwards of 150,000 ready meals based on 200 recipes.
Role:
- To work in a kitchen and food preparation environment
- Prepare ingredients
- Follow approved recipes
- Cook to a large scale
- Work as part of a team
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of food
- Be able to work at a good speed and in accurate manor
- Have previous experience in a food/cooking/chef related role or in a factory position
- Full UK Driving Licence due to the location of the venue and access to your own transport
Benefits – Cooks and Chefs can benefit from on going full time hours with rates of pay starting at £8.42 per hour and benefiting from paid breaks and night shift bonus's, you will be working on a 4 on 4 off pattern including day and night shifts. You will need your own transport to complete the majority of the shifts.
