Job Title – Bar Manager

We are now recruiting for a Bar Manager Role in the Bridlington area, where you will be required to be guest focused with fantastic customer service attributes.  The ideal candidate will be driven & focused and be experienced working in a similar Bar Manager role taking a hands-on lead role in dealing with everyday requirements of a busy all-day bar and managing the staff in delivering a first-class customer experience.

The Company – You will be working for a large National Hospitality company who have been voted one of the UK’s best employers. They are based in the Bridlington area and operate other venues in the immediate North Yorkshire region.  The venue offers multiple catering outlets and offers full onsite training.

Role:

• Experience working in a similar Bar Manager Role dealing with high volume
• Control the stock of the bar including ordering, rotation & stock takes are completed
• Ensure all the hygiene of the bar unit is up to date including completing cleaning rotas
• Manage the direct staff including producing rotas
• Develop incentive schemes
• Take control of all cellar management

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar Hospitality environment
• Cellar management experience
• Proven experience of managing a small team of staff and implementing incentives
• Access to your own transport due to location of the venue
