Job Title – Chef

Salary - £10.00 - £12.00

Job Type – Temporary

Location – Bridlington

I am recruiting for chefs in the Bridlington area that are motivated, hard working and looking for full time employment for a large Hospitality company operating in the region. Rates of pay are competitive and start from £10.00 per hour there is also the opportunity to take advantage of live in opportunities.

The Company –You will be working for a large National Hospitality company who have been voted one of the UK’s best employers. They are based in the Bridlington area and operate other venues in the immediate North Yorkshire region.  The venue offers multiple catering outlets and offers full onsite training.

Role:

• Work to produce high quality food at every service
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety and cleanliness of the kitchen and stock areas.
• Prepare, cook and serve food as specified by the venue and to ensure that the food meets the appropriate specification.
• Assist in the food preparation and service when work as part of a team
• Assist in the food ordering process where required

Requirements:

• Relevant Catering Qualifications (City & Guilds 706/1/2/3 or NVQ)
• Experience working in a professional kitchen
• Understand basic cooking methods
• 2 working references
