The Senior Recruiter is responsible for designing and delivering a customized recruitment strategy, competitive and needs analysis, as well as participating in talent review and workforce planning discussions with his/her clients. The Senior Recruiter will also partner with the Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) team and Talent Leads to facilitate internal mobility across the organization. • Manage own requisition load and full life-cycle recruiting process across a functional group or business unit • Responsible for providing the overall direction and management of the Recruiting Strategy for assigned clients as well as establishing guidelines and procedures concerning staffing best practices and process improvements • Advise business leaders and senior management on all staffing, sourcing, and recruiting initiatives and keep them apprised of recruitment trends impacting the business • Ability to assess talent against technical competencies • Capable of enhancing job descriptions and assessing candidates against technical competencies • Coach hiring managers and others involved in the recruitment process • Design and deliver customized recruitment strategy to include: pipeline, diversity, resource allocation and agency review • Partner with Diversity Talent Acquisition to ensure that diversity talent acquisition strategies are driven throughout the organization • Collaborate closely with HRBP teams in delivering specific recruiting campaigns and report on progress on a regular basis • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting challenges and trends, labor laws, and legislative initiatives that have implications on the profitability of the business • Participate in talent review and workforce planning discussions with HRBP and Talent Leads as appropriate • Present quarterly and annual recruiting reviews to client business leaders and senior management • Partner with vendors to leverage outsourcing opportunities and monitor performance • Determine recruiting effectiveness though reporting and data analysis

• 6 – 8+ years of experience • Bachelor’s degree is required • Prior experience working for a search firm coupled with corporate experience is preferred • Strong technology business acumen required • Strong influencing and communication skills required • Ability and desire to coach and develop other professionals • Excellent consultation and negotiation skills • Strong oral and verbal written skills with ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders • Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced, dynamic environment
