Taylor Root is seeking an interim legal counsel to join a leading luxury retailer for a 12 month assignment.
Working closely with the wider legal team you will be directly involved in advising the business on how to conduct itself in compliance with the law, in corporate and commercial transactions, drafting and negotiating contracts and dispute avoidance and resolution, where appropriate you will also obtain and review external counsel.
You will also provide with effective and wide-ranging legal and strategic advice on a variety of matters to the senior leadership team.
