Bi-Lingual Customer Service Rep (A69714PIT) Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Salary: USD0 - USD15 per hour

One of our clients on the North Shore is seeking Spanish speaking Bi-Lingual Customer Service Reps for their growing call center. Inbound Call Center experience preferred with some outbound calling as necessary to assist company with retention efforts. Candidate will mainly be taking inbound customer sales inquiry calls in relation to direct mail pieces. Soft selling skills are necessary. Training will be provided in a supportive environment. You will be trained to be well versed with the various commodities and warranty programs we offer in 14 different states. People skills are a must. Recent college graduates are welcome with or without call center experience. Call Center hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 pm EST. Please note that these Customer Service positions can lead to a full time position for the right candidates.
