Strategic Account Manager. Call Intelligence. London. £50K

Salary: GBP50000 - GBP55000 per annum + an uncapped double OTE
A market leader at the forefront of Call Intelligence and Call Tracking is looking for a hungry Strategic Account Manager to join their Agency Partners team. With offices in the UK and US this organisation have built services which are radically changing the martech landscape. Their systems expertly streamline call handling to create greater efficiencies and high levels of customer satisfaction.
As a Strategic Account Manager, your key responsibilities will be to educate and present their Call Intelligence products within Tier 1 Group Network agency partners across the UK in a field sales capacity. Your primary objective will be to uncover new business opportunities for Resellers and Partners, but you will also be expected to target direct customers. Deal sizes will range from £30-100K ACV, and you will be working towards a £750K target in your first year. Building relationships at all levels, ranging from Account Directors to Senior Board level, you will lead client pitches, assist in scoping client requirements, provide quotes, and most importantly, close business.
• 3-5 years’ experience working with Group Network Partners in the UK
• Alternative experience could include Contact Centre, CRM, or Marketing Automation sales experience
• Consistent record of over achievement against target
• Contacts within the Travel, Financial Services, Insurance, Automotive, or Retail industries
• Highly motivated and driven to succeed
