Design Manager – Student Accommodation – Sheffield - 6 - 12 months - £400 per day - ASAP
DCS recruitment is seeking a design manager on behalf of a long established main contractor for a part new build part refurbishment 3 Student Accommodation blocks valued at £8M each.
The ideal candidate will come from a main contractor and have worked on New Build Student Accommodation projects of values up to £8M. You must have site based experience and exposure of working on tenders.
Essential Criteria
- Proven track record working as a Design Manager in Main Contracting
- Must have managed designs of up to £8M
- Self starter, leadership and management skills are essential
- Must be commercially aware
- Educated to a high standard (Degree)
- Flexible on location
- UK Driving licence essential
