A leading residential developer are currently seeking an experienced new build housing Quantity Surveyor to join their successful commercial team based in the South of Manchester.
Due to on going growth and expansion, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join one of the largest developers in the United Kingdom.
On offer is a basic salary of up to £55,000 p.a. plus Car or Car allowance, bonus scheme, health care and market leading pension scheme
Essential Criteria for Consideration
- Construction related degree/qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Extensive experience of new-build housing
- Be methodical, conscientious and highly organised
- Be a strong communicator and have the ability to 'think outside the box'
