Site Engineer - Retail (New Build) - Stockport - up to £250 per day - 3 months (minimum)
DCS recruitment is seeking a Site Engineer for approximately 3 month for a new large retail unit located close to the Stockport area.
Working on a new build retail development, the engineer will be responsible for setting out; groundwork's, drainage, foundations and external works.
Additional duties will include; maintaining records of work, checking the accuracy of Subcontractors and reporting directly to the Project Manager.
The successful candidates will possess valid CSCS, First Aid and ideally an SMSTS accreditation (Not essential) twinned with a minimum of +5 years setting-out experience ideally with a history of background on new build retail or Industrial builds. A EDM (Leica TC407) will be supplied by the Client so candidates must be fully conversant.
