Advivo are now working with an exciting young growing SME business based in Nuneaton in search of a Management Accountant to join the team.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to join a fantastic growing company with a strong people first philosophy.

My client is paying circa £30,000 to £35,000 for the right candidate and will support through studies.

Key responsibilities include;

• Producing the monthly management accounts - mainly the revenue recognition for the company and variance analysis
• Journals, accruals and prepayments
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• Supporting other aspects of the month end process
• Assisting audit processes
• Contract management and support
• Financial business partnering with relevant teams i.e. sales and marketing, operations

The ideal candidate must be;

• CIMA or ACCA studier, ideally part qualified or finalist
• Excellent in person, good communication and strong influencing skills,
• Resilient and able to cope with change
• Intermediate MS Excel including look ups, pivots, formulae, linking sheets, etc
• Flexible and growth mindset
• A key team player with the ability to work in a fast paced environment with lots of challenges
