Volt in partnership with the world's most innovative producer of personal computers and smart phones is looking for qualified Spanish speaking candidates to fill upcoming openings in the Elk Grove area. Candidates must have professional level Spanish verbal and written skills. Candidates will be providing technical support via the telephone for smart phones. Candidates must have a minimum of one year experience working in a technical support field, this includes support via the phone or in a retail environment; education would be considered as a replacement for experience. Qualified candidates must possess excellent verbal and written skills and are expected to type no less than 40 WPM. All candidates will be requested to complete a series of evaluations to assess skills as it pertains to the requirements above. These positions do require the ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends or split days off.
