Working for a Large Head Office Retail organisation based in the West End of London, this is an excellent opportunity, it is a 1 year maternity cover and is working in HR in Pay and Rewards
The duties include:
- To support to the Pay & Reward team, with a focus on the Retail business. Support the implementation of the annual reward calendar and related reward projects
- Support with the delivery of the annual performance rating calibration process and point of contact for HR Business Partners
- Upskill and support HR colleagues to develop reward knowledge and understanding
- Manage queries escalated by the HR Service Centre
For this role you will have the following:
- Reward experience with a focus on pay within the Retail industry
- Experience of delivering/supporting with delivery of annual pay review process
- Experience of working with Oracle Fusion HR system (preferable)
- Experience of supporting HR and/or people managers with pay decisions
- Strong attention to detail, especially with data
- Strong numeracy skills
