Role overview:
• This is a permanent role
• The hours are 5 days a week however the ideal candidate should be flexible
• The role is based in High Wycombe
• The training is second to none and the support you receive is from day one

The role:
• After completing a comprehensive 2 day induction programme at Head Office, you will become a Stylist Sales Demonstrator ! Once you are confident with using our technological devices you will be demonstrating our products daily in innovative ways.
• You will be working in a dynamic, high-speed environment, where you will be responsible for approaching consumers in a highly competitive retail space, generating interest and sales.
• Your role will include Blowdrying and styling sections of the customers hair, as well as demonstrating the product on consumers (potentially including washing customers’ hair), showcasing the benefits unique to every customer.
• We’re looking for someone to join us who can sell based on understanding the needs of their customer providing guidance on hair care techniques and supporting items whilst also ensuring a great environment for our customer’s journey.
• You will have a keen ability to develop and maintain good customer relationships, along with store managers and colleagues.
• You’ll have full responsibility of your own Point of Sale and displays, ensuring these are correctly priced and are enticing to our customers.
• As part of this role, you will have to submit reports and keep in contact with line managers and the wider business.
• Not only will you do all of the above, we need someone passionate, who will explore different ways of pushing boundaries in order to hit, deliver and exceed on all sales targets.
Skills and Experience required;
• You will be a qualified Hair stylist and be confident in giving in-depth bespoke consultations for every customer’s styling questions
• You will have NVQ level 2 Hairdressing (or equivalent)
• You will have the ability to blowdry a customer’s hair and section neatly
• You will have customer service experience and experience in dealing with customers ideally in a retail environment
• Previous experience in a promotional marketing and sales background is highly desirable
• You will be passionate about the hair industry and be up to date with current trends and products
• You should demonstrate a great ability to work as part of a team, and have a talent for influencing to get the right decision.
• You will be able to liaise confidently, professionally and be able to sell a luxury brand by demonstrating it to the customer
• You will be able and happy to work to targets and be self motivated.
• You will be well presented and confident in your abilities.
