Are you an experienced R&D Manager, with a keen-eye for creative cosmetic formulas? An opportunity has arisen for an R&D Manager with experience in the cosmetics industry, to join a rapidly expanding team based in Stoke-on-Trent. You will be responsible for leading a team of chemists, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and meeting the customers’ requirements.
This role will work closely with the NPD and Regulatory team to ensure formulations meet sensory and cost expectations. You will be responsible for the NPD process from concept and design to delivery, working with clients to discover their requirements and making them a reality.
