Multi-skilled Plumber, Disabled adaptations, Manchester

Our client, a leading housing contractor in the Greater Manchester area, require an experienced Multi-skilled Plumber to carry out installation of disabled wetrooms to their housing stock in Manchester.

Duties could include any associated plumbing works associated with disabled adaptations including 1^st/2^nd fix plumbing, installation of full bathrooms suites, level access shower trays, pumps, patch plastering, basic joinery, tiling and minor decoration.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record of delivering an adaptations service (ideally in a social housing environment) and be competent at using a hand held PDA device in order to carry out the role in a mobile capacity.

This is a mobile role - as such, a full clean UK driving licence is essential.

You will have a valid CSCS card and all relevant 110v tools and PPE
