Our client, a leading housing provider in the Cheshire area, require an experienced Estates Operative to carry out general cleaning and grounds maintenance works

Duties will include cleaning communal areas to flats/sheltered accommodation schemes, cleaning graffiti, reporting fly tipping and other fire hazards and general grounds maintenance including hedge cutting, grass cutting and garden clearances.

You will have a full, clean UK driving licence and be available to start immediately. It is estimated that the position will last for a minimum of 3 months but could lead in to longer term work.
