Project Manager / Surveyor, North West

Our client, a specialist repairs and restoration contractor for the insurance industry, require an experienced Project Manager/Surveyor to supervise and manage refurbishment works in the homes of private homeowners.

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload from initial survey and meeting with the homeowner to discuss choices such as kitchen units/tiles/paint right through to completion including ordering materials, arranging labour and project managing the works.

Working from our client's base in Manchester you will cover areas around the North West. Any works will be a maximum of around 1 hour commute from the office. The position is a mobile role and as such, a full clean UK driving licence is essential.

A company vehicle will be provided as well as fueld card, company laptop and mobile phone. Our client offer a company pension scheme and 20 days annual leave, plus Christmas and bank holidays. A monthly attendance bonus is also payable which equates to an additional £800/annum.
