Grounds Maintenance Operative, South Manchester

Our client, a leading housing provider in the South Manchester area, require experienced Grounds Staff to carry out a first class grounds maintenance service to their housing stock in the Sale/Altrincham area.
Duties will include mowing, strimming, litter picking, trimming hedges, leaf blowing and some turfing in gardens, at the roadside and in public open spaces.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record of working in a similar role (ideally for a housing provider) and be competent at using ride-on mowers and other industrial gardening equipment
A full clean UK driving licence is essential. PA1/PA6 Spray licences would be advantageous, as would a pre-1997 driving licence or trailer licence
