Our client, a leading housing provider in the Greater Manchester area, require an experienced Multi-skilled Joiner to carry out a first class reactive repairs and maintenance service to their housing stock
Duties could include any associated joinery works (kitchen fitting, doors/skirts/archs, plying floors, boxing pipework etc) as well as patch plastering, tiling, basic plumbing or minor decoration.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record of delivering a repairs service (ideally in a social housing environment) and be competent at using a hand held PDA device in order to carry out the role in a mobile capacity.
This is a mobile role and a van will be provided - as such, a full clean UK driving licence is essential.
You will have a valid CSCS card and all relevant tools and PPE
