Our client, a leading housing contractor in the Greater Manchester area, require an experienced Joiner to carry out roofline joinery works to social housing stock in the Bolton area.
Works will involve stripping 3 courses of tiles, replacing perished felt for plastic drip trays, renewing fascias and soffits and all rainwater goods.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record of delivering a first class roofing joinery service and have a minimum 5 years experience
You will have a valid CSCS card and all relevant tools and PPE
