DevOps Engineer – AWS/Azure

Our client, a well-known name in technology, are currently in need of 3 DevOps Engineers to work on a project in Manchester. The role will require travel to other sites.
The Dev Ops Engineer will be responsible for reducing toil through automation and optimisation of operational tooling. They will drive continual improvement throughout the application lifecycle by employing industry standard techniques including continuous integration and deployment pipelines, containerisation and infrastructure as code. The successful candidates will reduce the impact of organisational silos as they are responsible for investigations throughout the entire technology stack and will help to reduce technical debt by maintaining and progressing the modernisation hub backlog.
Experience
Extensive JavaScript development experience in public cloud (AWS/Azure). Experience working within Agile, Scrum or Kanban frameworks and teams. Knowledge of containerisation technologies, Docker, Kubernetes.
