Sales and Recruitment Coordinator – Professional Services (ITA1SA) Milan, Italy

Everis is rapidly growing its international Professional Services department. We are looking for a proven sales and recruitment coordinator to join our team, to be based in Milan.

Everis is an NTT DATA company, dedicated to consulting and outsourcing in all sectors. We are a large family with over 19.000 employees globally. In the last years we’ve steadily increased our professional services unit and now have hundreds of our consultants working at our clients every day. The majority of our clients are international organisations and European Institutions like United Nations, European Commission, European Parliament, etc. They are based in Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland and Italy.

Your primary role as a sales and recruitment coordinator would be to create and manage business in the existing framework contracts with our clients. This means your hunting skills and existing network in the IT professional services / T&M market are essential.

You will manage your own portfolio of international clients and consultants with the support of your colleagues in recruitment and contract management. You will be based in our Milan office and travelling to Switzerland and other client-locations on a frequent basis.

Specific tasks:

  • Visit our “professional services” clients like the United Nations, European Commission, etc. in Italy, Switzerland and Benelux.
  • Direct communications with the customer to understand client requirements, propose candidates and to participate in client interviews.
  • Open new channels of sourcing to do recruitment
  • Perform pro-active searches to find candidates (linkedIn, google, ..)
  • Define job descriptions with Business Managers to find the right candidates
  • Build a database on specific everis tool
  • Pro-active contact to candidates to fill the database with profiles interesting for the company
  • Perform phone screenings and interviews with the candidates to check if they are suitable
  • Deal with our consortium business partners

Your profile:

  • Strong business acumen and a self-starter. You are able to generate business within your current network of clients and consultants;
  • You are authentic and fit the everis values and believes;
  • You have experience in the IT professional services / time and means / secondment / industry and are acquainted with the standard procedures;
  • You have a recruiter background combined with sales.
  • You have at least 5 years experience in the IT professional services market as sales or recruiter and speak fluent English. Any other main European language is an asset (French, Spanish, Italian, German).
