We are working with a leading Financial Services organisation and employer of choice in Manchester, to recruit a permanent Senior Benefits Analyst.

You will be the lead analyst within the team - requiring advance excel skills - and be responsible for leading the EMEA benefits renewal cycle and the production of all benefits data metrics including the annual benefits cost analysis, vendor costs, benefits & wellbeing metrics. You will assist with the maintenance of the database and answer queries from the business via the HR system. You will support the Benefits Team Leader with the development of the system and troubleshoot where necessary. Finally, you will support and coach two junior member of staff and supporting them in manage relationships with EMEA benefits vendors, third-party suppliers and local brokers.

You will experience working as an analyst in HR, reward or benefits and advance excel skills.  You have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to tranlate and present numerical information to the wider business.
