A talented, motivated and solutions led eCommerse Assistant is required to work within the eCommerse fulfilment team.

The individual will have a wide range of scope to deliver business improvements and process change through the operation with a hands on approach. You will also analyse daily and weekly performance data levels to ensure the highest level of customer experience is delivered efficiently.

Supporting the eCommerse team, you will deliver authoritative analysis and problem solving defining clear root cause analysis and resolution pathways. The fulfilment Assistant will collaborate closely with the wider eCommerse, Fulfilment and third party supplier teams to ensure the highest standards of data integrity and accuracy are maintained.
