Role purpose
To provide First line support to supervision on key lines/process
Duties & responsibilities
Support and assist in coordinating quality requirements
0 Coordinate production staff & day to day activities
Coordinate & execute production plans & targets
Train and assist supervision in developing colleagues when required to agreed company standards in working practices and processes
Coordinate colleagues to assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment Support team building and promote good working relations through example and good practice
Support supervision in ensuring staff adhere to Health & safety and Environmental procedures
Support team members in identification of improvement activities and problem solving

Qualifications & experience
Educated to a good standard
Previous experience of business improvement activities Experience or exposure in leading colleagues in work activities
Good computer skills preferred
Skills
Disa, cupla foundry experience would be advantageous
Good team player, with the ability to work effectively within a multi cultural and diverse team
0 Flexible, with the ability to work across teams and move within the department
Effective communication skills
Self motivated with positive attitude
0 Basic PC skills would be advantageous
Quality, Environmental Health and Safety
Read and understand Quality , Environmental , Health & Safety policy and discuss with their immediate superior any specific points which require clarification
Take reasonable care for their own safety and those around them who may be affected by their acts or omissions
Co-operate with the company in achieving and maintaining Quality , Environmental Health and Safety standards where relevant and as directed
0 Report to their manager any actual or potential risks, accidents or dangerous occurrences that they identify in the work place

To observe and adhere to IT policies and procedures in effect at any given time
To report any security incident or perceived irregularity to their Line Manager and the IT Department
