The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with new and potential customers in the construction industry for the purpose of providing pre- and post-sales technical support.

Reporting to the Market Intelligence Product Manager, the person in this role will support our company's objective to launch our latest product, cūbus, a dynamic new market intelligence solution that delivers unmatched visibility into the construction market. cūbus gives customers the power to confidently advance their company's strategic decisions and your role as Technical Customer Support is critical in delivering that insight.

Accountabilities:
• Supporting the sales team by providing pre- and post-sale technical support services to new and current customers.
• Installing, troubleshooting, and providing problem resolution.
• Advising customers on best practices in defining search parameters to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
• Responding to customer questions regarding data, analysis, and operation of products.
• Organization of customer profiles and creation of system to monitor and measure customer activity.

A successful candidate will:
• Possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Have 3 years technical support experience working directly with customers.
• Have the desire to provide exceptional customer support and understand the business of our customers and how we can meet their information needs.
• Have the ability to stress benefits of market intelligence products.
• Build a relationship, maintain engagement, and achieve expectations with a remote manager.
• Positively impact relationships in this newly formed team and look for ways to collaborate across the organization.
• Have strong organizational and planning skills.
• Be an advanced user of MS Office Products including Excel and Access.

A successful candidate may:
• Have experience in the industries of competitive intelligence, construction management, or marketing.
• Have prior data competency experience to show customers the most effective use of analytical data products.
