Production Operative
We are recruiting for Production Operative roles in the Spalding area. Working for a recruitment agency on a market leading FMCG food production site.
Details of a Production Operative:
- Salary: £9.31 per hour on dayshift, £9.95 per hour on nightshift after training passed
- All breaks are paid
- 32 hours a week guaranteed as a minimum
- 6 months assignment available
- Working Hours are: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am
Shifts available: Tuesday to Saturday; Sunday to Thursday - Location: Pinchbeck, Spalding
- Duration: Ongoing
Role of a Production Operative:
- Lifting up to 25Kg
- Reading recipes
- Collecting the right ingredients in bins (batching)
- Writing traceable paperwork and tags
- Operating mixing machinery
- Following correct washout procedures of mixers
- Carrying out various tasks in the factory
