Warehouse Operative
We are recruiting Full-Time Warehouse Operative roles in Rye Park, Hoddesdon area. Fantastic opportunity to work with one of the largest supermarkets in the UK.
As a Warehouse Operative you will need to have:
- Good numeracy skills
- Good accuracy and organisational skills
- A good standard of verbal and written English
Details:
- Salary: £8.71 ph early shift / £9.11 ph late shift / £9.51 ph night shift
- You can work any 5 days out of 7 (includes weekends)
- Hours of work : Early shift - 06:00-14:00; Late shift - 14:00-22:00;Night shift -22:00-06:00
- Performance bonus paid weekly. You can earn up to an extra £2.25 per logged on hour
- After the completion of various assessment tests, successful candidates will receive a full site induction and full training will be provided
- Location: Rye Park, 29 Normandy Way, Hoddesdon
- Due to the shift times, workers must have access to their own transport for the early shift as public transport does not serve the site before 6am
Roles of a Warehouse Operative:
- Picking: Ergonomic Picking System - Picking ambient cases in an automated crane. You will need to be comfortable working at height.
- Dynamic Picking System - Picking ambient cases using a “pick by light system”
