Warehouse Team Leader
Single Resource is recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader working for Europe’s biggest Sandwich Manufacturer.
As a Warehouse Team Leader you will need to have:
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to meet targets and work as part of a team
- Highly Organised and a team player that will motivate the team to achieve the standards required
- Previous experience of working within a chilled environment
- Attention to detail, and excellent levels of both written and verbal communication
- Be flexible and able to work weekends
Details:
- Salary: £12.93 per hr
- Working Hours Warehouse Team Leader are day shifts and 4 on 4 off shift pattern
- (Location: West Drayton (near Heathrow)
- Duration: Permanent
Main responsibilities of a Warehouse Team Leader
- Ensure safe working practises at all times in accordance with Health and Safety policies and procedures and legislation
- Managing, coaching and developing all direct reports in your team
- Drive accuracy of all despatched products from the site
- Through regular team meetings monitor performance
- Ensure achievement of agreed services levels to all customers
- Picking materials, packaging and consumables for production
