Food Production Operative
Single Resource are recruiting for Food Production Operative roles in the Heathrow area working for Europe’s biggest Sandwich Manufacturer. The preparation team are responsible for prepping raw materials and turning them into delicious ingredients that go into clients food products, using state of the art machinery in a fully controlled department with all the necessary training delivered through our new structured training plan.
As a Food Production Operative you will need to have:
- Demonstrate working in a safe manor and to good H&S practises
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
Details:
- Salary: £8.53 per hour
- Working Hours are day shifts - 5 days out of 7
- Shifts are 6am - 3pm or 8am to 5pm or 11am - 8pm
- Location: on West Drayton ( Near Heathrow )
- Duration: Ongoing
Role of a Food Production Operative:
- Manually mixing raw materials to process them into materials suitable to be used in our products
- Follow recipes and mix ingredients as required on a machine or bath
- Weigh or measure ingredients as per customer specification
- Store/stack food in designated containers and storage areas
- This role involves some degree of lifting, pushing and pulling
