Warehouse Supervisor
We are recruiting Nights Warehouse Supervisor in the Pontefract area to work at a distribution centre for a Health & Beauty retailer/
As a Warehouse Supervisor you will need to have:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication skills, liaising with workforce & management
- People management/ supervisory experience is essential
- Flexibility in hours to support the business and attend meetings/ training required
- Excellent PC skills, both web based and Excel
Details:
- Salary:£18,450 plus
- Working Hours: 2pm - 10pm flexible over 6 days - Sunday to Friday
- Location: Pontefract
- Duration: Ongoing
Role of a Warehouse Supervisor:
- Planning & manging workload & labour deployment
- Managing & motivating the workforce driving performance ensuring accuracy is not impacted
- Daily Liaison with Team Leaders and Managers
- Attending Management meetings
- Training & Development of new starters
- Production of accurate daily MI
