Onsite Coordinator
We are recruiting for the role of Onsite Coordinator in the Skelmersdale area.
As an Onsite Coordinator you will need to have:
- Confidence and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Flexibility to client needs
Details:
- Salary: £8.50 p/h
- Working Hours are: Days Starting as 4 on 3 off. Start of June will be 5 days per week. Weekends are included.
- Location: Skelmersdale, WN8 9QX
- Duration: Summer Role-6 months
Role of an Onsite Coordinator
- To fully understand and adhere to the practices of the site
- Ensuring shifts are booked to client needs
- To book in all temporary workers on shifts
- To check in all temporary workers
- Inductions
- Deal with queries from temporary workers
- Respond to temporary workers text messages/calls
- To conduct site inductions with new staff
- General ad-hoc duties as required
