Our client is an international growing fashion retail brand in the industry. Armed with a well-established brand name, the business is growing aggressively in APAC these few years. To support their business expansion plan, they are now hiring a Director in Leasing/ Real Estate team to support the regional growth in APAC.
Reporting to department VP, you will be the key person to analyse the landscapes of APAC markets and formulate strategic regional business plans. You will identify potential new opportunities in the region and propose/ present the business plan to headquarter. You will lead the team in reviewing and monitoring lease terms and conditions. You will prepare detailed analysis before renewing, relocating, closing current store locations. You will work closely internally with Finance, Store Development, Legal team for leasing operations and supports. This is a rare opportunity for candidates with solid leasing/ real estate management experience in retail markets to join the expanding company.
To qualify, individuals should possess:
- Degree holder or above
- At least 10 years experience in real estate management or leasing functions
- Experience in handling retail market is essential
- Experience in working in a sizeable retail firm will be an advantage
- Regional exposure will be an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong communication, independent and organisation skills
- Frequent travel
