Duties and responsibilities:

The main function of the role will be to Align RF and Microwave filters/Systems to a high standard while helping to improve your working environment and quality of work in a growing continuous improvement culture.

The successful candidate(s) will also be:

• Involved in off-line troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of filters as well as getting involved in improving processes.
• Enable the smooth and efficient running of the production department.
• Aligning the microwave and RF filters, analyzing and diagnosing any faults throughout our production process.
• Working to specific specifications instructions and taking results.
• Meet production line demands to ISO9001 standards.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience within a similar manufacturing environment and will ideally have undertaken Aligning and test results collecting, repair, re-work techniques in a previous role, working to deadlines. This is a temp to perm role paying £9.56per hour then raising after 12 weeks of training.
