Shift pattern Monday - Friday - 6-2 / 2-10

Castle Engineering are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer who is happy to work as the sole engineer on site in a fast paced production client based in Grimsby. The shift pattern is currently 6-2 / 2-10 with the possibility of an extra 10-6 shift being added due to current volume of work. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the factory working on various high speed, semi automated machines.
• You will be responsible for attending breakdowns and diagnosing electrical faults and working with Production leaders to ensure production lines are up and running quickly.
• You will be confident with both mechanical and electrical as you will be the sole engineer on shift
• Carrying out CI initiatives ensuring you are always looking for and recommending additional continuous improvements that could be made.
• You will also be responsible for machinery installations / moves and modifications.

The candidate:

Suitable candidates will be a time served maintenance engineer with electrical experience from a manufacturing background with relevant supporting qualifications.
