This land development consultancy are specialists in Engineering, Surveying, Planning, and Urban Design.
A full engineering and infrastructure design service, which includes transportation and water with a vast design/construction experience of land development and infrastructure projects
ABOUT THE ROLE:
I'm looking for a Lead Land Design Engineer who might be working towards CPEng, has solid design experience, needs minimal supervision and who is able to take control of the whole civil works package.
This is a land development role where you will provide a full engineering and infrastructure design service that includes water and transportation. With a strong pipeline of projects, this position will allow you to further develop your technical understanding, experience, and skill set.
The role will include:
- Feasibility studies
- Site investigations and due diligence
- Project scoping, concept and detailed design
- Project and construction management
- Contract documentation
Ideal candidate:
- BE Qualified in New Zealand
- A minimum of 5 years' New Zealand experience
- Strong report writing skills and English communication skills, verbal and written
- An all rounder
- Civil 12d/3d experience
