ABOUT THE COMPANY:
- A medium-sized surveying firm
- Undertakes a variety of survey work in the greater Auckland area
- Work includes Land Transfer Subdivisions (Both Rural & Urban), Topographical site plans, Engineering design and Set-out and Resource Management Planning
- Utilising the latest survey equipment and specialist expertise including 3D scanner
- Team of around 10
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client liaison
- Land Transfer and setout work
- Land Development and infrastructure projects
- Producing reports for both your team and clientele
- Using the latest software including Civil 12D
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Relevant Land Surveying qualification and be licensed
- Experience in NZ within the Land Development industry
- Good management skills and the personality to run an energetic office
- 5+ years of NZ experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
