All their projects from the initial concept, through to the final documentation are conceived and completed in Auckland. They collaborate with a network of respected architecture firms around NZ to undertake projects nationally.
They have an extensive portfolio of successful office, industrial and retail projects with the focus to undertake projects across a wide range of categories including: office buildings, warehouses, specialist and large-format retail, premium car dealerships, and specialist manufacturing.
They offer services to contractor-led design-and-build, direct client engagement or through leading developers.
Role information:
You will be working alongside the director and working alongside a dynamic team of over 10.
Your role will include progressing projects through to contract documentation/building permit stage, coordinating with consultants, collaborating with seniors to deliver projects, and more using Revit.
Experience required:
- Career focused and your portfolio will demonstrate your ability to design
- 5+ years experience using Revit within an NZ Architectural firm
- Ability to work well to a timeline and collaborate clearly with your team
- Relevant Architectural qualification
- Experience in private & multi residential and/or commercial projects
