Role information:

  • Producing a range of detailed designs
  • You will be working on multi-million dollar villages
  • Design of apartment blocks, townhouses, mixed use recreational spaces and health projects
  • You will be using Revit
  • Concept through to resource and building consents

Experience required:

  • Excellent Revit skills are essential
  • Good working knowledge of the NZ Building Code and building regulations
  • 5+ years of New Zealand experience working as a designer/detailer/Technician
  • Attention to detail
  • Proven senior and management experience
